Each teacher sees only their own classes. They type CA and exam scores; totals, grades and positions appear instantly. Drafts save automatically — even offline.
See which classes are done, check the numbers, and send anything wrong back to the teacher with a note. Nothing reaches parents until you approve.
Tap Publish. Every parent gets a WhatsApp message with a private link to their child's result and a downloadable report card.

Paying yearly covers all three terms in one payment. It costs the same as paying three terms separately.
Coming in 2027: attendance, timetables and more. These will be offered as separate plans once they're ready — today you pay only for what exists.
Questions
Yes. Setting up, adding students and teachers, entering scores, reviewing results and previewing report cards are all free, with no time limit. You pay only when you're ready to send results to parents for that term.
Lumio is built for that. A teacher logs in on their phone, picks their class and types scores into boxes. There is nothing to calculate. Most teachers enter their first student's scores within a few minutes, without training.
The school can still download and print that child's report card from Lumio, or share the result link any other way. SMS messages for parents without WhatsApp are planned for a later version.
Scores are saved on the phone and sync when the connection comes back. Lumio also saves drafts every 30 seconds, so nothing typed is lost.
Yes. You set the CA and exam weights and the score range for each grade. Lumio applies them to every subject automatically.
Only the school owner's account can pay. You can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or make a direct bank transfer and we activate your school once it arrives.
No. Every school's data is kept separate and protected at the database level, not just hidden on screen. Inside your school, teachers see only their own classes and only admins see parents' phone numbers.
No. Once published, results are locked so parents always see exactly what the school approved. That's why the principal reviews everything first.
